Organisation
The Groenendael organisation can be divided roughly into 3 segments.
The Marketing & Sales department is responsible for all sales activities at Groenendael. It incorporates a field organisation in which the Product Sales Manager maintains relations with existing customers whilst also working to increase the customer base. Our Reservations department deals with the bookings and also draws up the operational planning for the entire organisation.
The Operations department is responsible for ensuring that your stay is as enjoyable as possible. The catering team provides the culinary support, whilst the Guest Relations and Banqueting department ensures that you are able to realise your objectives in our conference rooms. The Housekeeping and Front Office departments ensure you get a good night’s sleep and are always on hand to provide help and advice.
The Facility organisation maintains the buildings and resources at a consistently high level. They will be pleased to answer any questions you may have about the audio-visual resources and infrastructure.
